Brooks Behavioral Health Service, LLC will provide an expert witness testimony during a court proceeding for any amount of time, as needed.  David Brooks, MA, LCADC will testify on behalf of the costumer to speak about maladaptive behaviors, interventions, assessments, treatment options, and criminal behaviors directly related to substance abuse issues.  David Brooks will block his schedule for at least two hours upon deposit.  Any additional time used by the costumer will be invoiced.   Call 301-732-5857 if you have additional questions.
